She moved from Maryland and left all of her friends there. She was never part of the "in crowd" but she was never a total outcast either. But you can't wish for much when you move to a new school, where she is warned to stay away from the outcasts unless she wanted to be one too.

Jeremy is just a guy in a band, nothing special or important about him. Until he meets Lex, a funny girl with an amazing personality. She helps him have fun and helplessly takes a liking to the spontaneous girl that makes him feel happier than he has been in a while. (I literally suck so much at descriptions, bare with me.)
