In the chaos of 2015, the Indominus Rex, the park's deadliest creation, faced her final battle against Rexy, Blue, and the Mosasaurus. Dragged beneath the water and swallowed whole, the monster the world feared should have died that night. But death was never part of Dr. Henry Wu's plans. Using an experimental humanization serum, advanced genetic engineering, and countless surgical procedures, they resurrected the Indominus as something the world had never seen before: neither dinosaur nor human, but a living hybrid trapped between two identities. Her instincts remained feral. Her aggression became uncontrollable. Every attempt to teach her how to think, speak, or behave like a human ended in bloodshed. She attacked doctors, destroyed containment rooms, and left behind a trail of shattered concrete and claw marks wherever she was confined. Eventually, the project was abandoned. Darcy was transferred to a high-security psychiatric institution, where she became both patient and prisoner, the first and only human Indominus Rex ever created. By 2018, humanity had changed. Dinosaurs no longer existed only in history books or behind electrified fences. Humanized dinosaurs walked among ordinary citizens, protected by the Dinosaur Protection Group and slowly accepted by society. New generations were born. Peace, though fragile, seemed possible. For everyone... ...except Darcy. The nightmare they believed had died inside the Mosasaurus years ago had survived. She wasn't waiting to be rescued. She was waiting for the perfect moment to escape. When that day came... the city would remember why the Indominus Rex had once been the most terrifying creature ever created.

War has followed Mankind since the beginning, from the bloodshed of Cain and Abel to the gas-filled battlefields of the First World War. The Second World War proved how close humanity could come to annihilation, claiming over 73 million lives. That lesson was forgotten. In 2029, the Third World War began, driven by resource shortage as nation took from nation. It ended in 2034, leaving entire regions uninhabitable and erasing countries through devastation and nuclear fire. Humanity had nearly destroyed itself for the third time. In the aftermath, one belief took hold: a divided world could not survive. There could be only one nation, one people, one civilization. For a time, it seemed true. With the invention of the Jump Drive, humanity spread amongst the stars in the 2080s and 2100s, and war appeared to fade into history. It did not. In 2159, a scant 60 years later, the Interplanetary Wars erupted. Over 11 years, the conflict devastated settled space and killed over 22 billion people. The war ended with the victory of the colonies and the collapse of the old order. From that ruin rose the Empire of Man. Founded in 2170, the Empire was established as a monarchy under the Imperator. It would rule humanity for 300 years, enduring to the present day. February 9th, 2485.
