When a group of Year 12 s are walking home from the cinema suddenly one of them has a horrible attack from a soon to be fatal non-diagnosed heart condition. The only way they can save him is to perform a heart transplant with a 'werewolf'. Surely it wasn't real and they were just toying with their friend's near-death right? But they had to at least try.
