Shaped like the Elder Wand. She only figures it out around her teenage years by entering Snapes mind and sees his memories. Why this all happened? Obliviate. I would like to bring into your attention that english is not my first language, and that you might notice at the first few chapters that I write a lot of boring details, but don't worry im not going to rewrite the whole series of the books.
