Mai Taniyama works at Shibuya Psychic Research or short SPR. Up until now they solved every case and they all made it out alive, but will all of that change? What happens when they get a case involving Mai's past? Will they solve the case and live there lives... or will everything change in the blink of an eye? Naru moonlights as a Phantom Thief, by day he is the head of the task force to capture the aforementioned thief and the balance has been maintained for a year. Then Mai Taniyama, a new officer, joins that task force, upsetting the balance.

Shibuya Psychic Research Team get on a plane to visit John while he's back home in Australia, although some of them are acustom to the language, Mei is having a hard time and she's also finding it hard to understand the meaning of her dreams. But what turn of events may change all their opinions about their aussie priest John and his rough family?

Its been three years since Mai joined Shibuya Psychic Research. She has gone to college and is working with the people she loves. Life seems to be going wonderfully for Mai, until her nineteenth birthday. Strange things are happening, not just with her but with her boss, Naru, who as actually Dr Oliver Davis, too. And what's up with this new case? What are the clients not telling them? Does it prove to be too much for SPR, even for Naru?

What if Gene didn't die after being tossed down the lake? What if he was saved and was in a comatose for 8 years? The Night before Naru leaves they have a party at SPR. Of course alcohol gets involved and a drunk Naru takes a Drunk Mai home. I'm sure you can guess what happens. Yep, they got down and dirty. The next morning Naru and Lin are no where to be found. Two weeks later Mai calls up Monk and Ayako in a panic. When they ask what's wrong she says two words that change everything. "I'm pregnant."

When spr take a case they meet a pair of twins that are more like gene and naru then thought to be.

With Kazuya Shibuya a.k.a 'Naru' Oliver Davis finally back, SPR is back in business! Naru comes back after two years when he suddenly receives a case about a missing high school girl. He calls the SPR members back together, finally being able to be among the familiar faces once again however, one person was missing, Mai Taniyama. Everyone ponders, confused that the girl who would follow Naru everywhere, was not present. Naru decides to just go on with the case, but what happens when the girl who went missing for over a year was Mai herself? How will Naru react when all presence of her disappeared but one item that proved she ever existed. The photo she left behind of Naru himself and his twin brother Eugene. To those who have never read Ghost Hunt, I recommend you read it for better understanding since I won't go into descriptive details except for the characters of my own and Mai's since her appearance has changed dramatically.
