Their journey eventually takes them to Spiral Hill Village, where they spend time with Tangle, Whisper, Jewel, and Lanolin. But their peaceful new beginning is interrupted when the pups and Sonic discover a powerful Chaos Emerald! Several weeks after Victoria Vance's second defeat, the PAW Patrol and Liberty are enjoying a peaceful day at the Lookout. During their downtime, Chase and Skye share a sweet moment that reveals their romantic relationship to the other pups. However, their happiness is interrupted when Rocky detects a familiar energy signature-the same meteor-powered lightning energy Victoria used during her previous schemes. To everyone's shock, Victoria suddenly appears on the monitors and reveals that she has somehow regained her lightning powers. Now the Mighty Pups have to take her down! But can they do it?
