In the city of Neo Eden people are divided into three: Rulers, Producers, and Scavengers. Prince Kai was born a Ruler with an iron-fisted father, but with the heart of a Producer. When he tries to escape the cruelty of the palace, his father punishes him by sending him to live among the Producers.
