Shaylynn Gregory has left her home, school, friends, and family after the "suicidal death" of their classmate Jessica. Police say it was the fault of a Live Stream with Shaylynn and two of her best friends, Macy and Scarlett, who were sent to jail. Shaylynn moves from California to a small town called Woodbridge in northern Virginia. But soon she becomes close with a boy named Matthew Espinosa and when she thinks everything is fine, Jessica's death comes back to haunt her.
