When the United States of America became ruled by the organization F.E.A.R., they locked up the ones who weren't accepted by society (A.K.A., the outcasts), except the ones who just barely escaped their grasp. There's a hidden city for the outcasts, led by the band Black Veil Brides. When a girl and her friend find this forbidden city, or really the outcasts found them, they realized they belonged there. With all the outcasts' strength combined with these two girls, they just might be able to stop F.E.A.R......
