The Doctor has regenerated and he has to become human, but when he lands he discovers that he is in a parallel universe. He calls himself Sam and meets 2 guys named Dean and Castile. They think he is Deans little brother Sam Winchester. He takes on Sam's identity and becomes a hunter like the other 2 people he has met.
