"Hit me with your best shot, fire away." He smirked at me with his pearly whites. I smirked. "Well you're the real tough cookie with the long history of breaking little hearts," I sang out and he smiled looking down at the floor. "Like the one in me, That's OK, let's see how you do it-" "Put up your deuce, let's get down to it, hit me with your best shot-" "Why don't you hit me with your best shot?" "Hit me with your best shot, fire away." "Shhhh," he whispered before kissing me lightly and I kissed back full heartedly.

Description: "Ryan-" Lightning struck again which made the power go out. I started shaking of fear. I hated this side of me. I'm not afriad of killers, but I'm afraid of thunderstorms. Is that not normal!? The night is coming back to haunt me again. Ryan grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him. He hugged me tightly, letting me know everything is going to be okay. "Why are you so afraid?" he asked, rubbing his hand on my back. "I'm not-" I found myself tightly hugging him when lightning struck again. "It's coming back. That night I was all alone in the pitch darkness. Noone was there. They betrayed me." I said, holding my ears, trying to block the noise of lightning. I had no problem with the darkness, but when I'm all alone trying to protect myself from thunderstorms I always seem to get scared. Mom and dad as never there to comfort me. I had no where to hide. When the power came back I felt a little relief. "I said I would protect you and I mean it." he said, going into his pocket. Ryan put earbuds in my ears. I didn't hear lightning, but I did hear a beautiful piano piece. I would listen to this all the time when I was scared. But I stopped because I thought there was no point... It won't help me feel better all the time. But maybe today it does. I didn't hear any thunder. "Thank you." I said. He lift my chin up and kissed me, "You're welcome." Skylar London is the dream girl any man would want. Everyone think she is a perfect little angel. But how soon will it be when they find out she gets abused by her drug addict parents? She soon realized she has feelings for Ryan Davis and he feels the same way. You might think this is good, but it might create more trouble than it's suppose to. At the end she has to choose to say good-bye to him or to leave without him knowing.
