It is exceptionally difficult to write a memoir when struggling with disordered thinking. Luckily, I wrote down much of my experiences during my first major mental descent. My memory of these events are patchy and to put them together, I relied on family members and speaking with my doctors. I also had a friend slash writer help me. I hope this teeny book helps you to understand those in your life suffering from schizophrenia.
