The two build their lives together, getting married and eventually having a daughter named Maya Alison Stump. Everything is going well. Or so they thought. But then family finds out that there was an emergency evacuation at the Metropolitan Correctional Centre in Chicago, leading to the escape of eight convicts- including none other than Derek Skinner; the cause for all her suffering in her teen years. Cole convinces herself that everything will be okay, and for a short period of time, it is. That is until the police find dead bodies of people that once played a role in his demise. Petrified, Cole faces the decision of putting her family in more danger by staying with then or doing what she does best. Getting lost.
