Rowen Jones is a Muggleborn at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She's very protective of her family and friends. But when Sirius Black discovers a secret about her that even she doesn't know, everything changes. He has Remus Lupin, get to know more about Rowen, try to find out her secrets. Remus helps Sirius, and as he learns more about her, he starts to feel funny. Did Remus Lupin just fall for Rowen Jones?

This fanfiction is slow and building, taking time to develop a sense for the characters and their feelings. The plot focuses on Tonks' and Remus' personal lives, their lives working with the Order, and obviously their lives together as they try and figure out their feelings for each other. This fanfiction starts out at the beginning of The Order of The Phoenix and skips over most of the things already told in the book. (e.g. I don't write about Tonks and Harry packing up to go to headquarters, because J.K. wrote that from Harrys perspective in the book.) My sources of course are The Harry Potter books and Pottermore. I have taken some creative license to write about things such as the death of Remus' father, but I make sure everything matches up with what we've learned from Jo. Of course it's not what J.K. has imagined, but if she ever writes anything more on the subject I will edit and expand. If you're more into quick to the point fics, this probably isn't for you.

So this is based loosely on a true story. It's about a boy named Terry Hurst who's mentally stunted. Three kids from school invite him out and they murder him in the woods. Everything in the story is based on real facts that I read about, and all the characters are real. So...hopefully I did a good job. If you wanna read about it on your own, you can look up "Terry Hurst Murder" Or listen to a song by Bring Me The Horizon called "Don't Go". The reason Ollie Sykes wrote the song is because he was friends with Terry, and one of the guys that murdered him was Ollie's cousin. (John is the cousin that helped murder him).
