Simone is a dark-skinned African American teenage girl. Her insecurities are due to the constant bullying she gets for her skin color. Dealing with this, plus her family issues, Simones trust for anyone is nearly gone. But, what happens when the attractive new guy in school notices her? Is it all too good to be true?
