This is a collection of poetry from a transitional phase in my life. In this period in my life, I am transition from chronic depression into a period of healing and figuring out who I am as a person and how to finally just live without bounds. I hope that this not only helps people to understand what depression is and how it can affect you, but it can give them hope by knowing that even in your darkest moments you can perserver and become a beautiful person.
