Then, just before I passed out and was taken away, I spoke once more. 　　"I may suffer. . .I may die. . .But you will not win. . .Men like you never win. . .It's been proven in the past and this is just another event that will once again prove that evil never really wins. . .Because while Gotham still has people that believe in it, it'll never be truly destroyed," I told him in a hoarse whisper, fighting the pain that was threatening to devour me completely. He then picked me up and I was slammed to the ground. 　　I thought I was left to die then and there. Jordan Gray is a young SHIELD agent with some unique talents. While she doesn't get a break too often, she thought that the trouble in Gotham was just another annoying thing to deal with instead of getting to take her vacation.
