An ice-hockey AU in which Danny is captain of a team with Laura, Kirsch, LaFontaine, and Perry. When Betty breaks her leg, Coach Will holds tryouts and it looks grim, until Carmilla comes interrupts at the end. Little do they know, Carmilla is under strict orders from the Dean to make their season as miserable as possible... A feat that a tiny Laura Hollis inadvertently makes very, very difficult. ((The first chapter contains a quick glossary of hockey terminology for those that need/want it!))

I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it but there is a popular myth in East Asia that says people who are meant to be with each other are tied with a red thread. The place where this red thread is tied to depends on what version of the myth they’re telling you. It can be tied on the ankle or on the little finger. It is said that a deity ties the thread to the people that are meant to be together and that no matter what this thread never breaks. It may tangle or extend for who knows how many miles but it will never break. This thread is supposed to be invisible and no one should be able to see it but ever since she can remember Keiko has been able to see it. Cover made by Shax_Panda

It's been just over a year since the end of the Giant War. Percy and Annabeth have completed high school and are preparing to move to New Rome to continue their lives. Jason and Piper are still going strong, even though Jason has been moving between the camps constantly. Frank and Hazel are still in the legion at Camp Jupiter, but Reyna is planning to give them permission to move into the mortal world to go to high school. Leo returned with Calypso just after the Giant War ended. They've been living at Camp the whole year. But the gods still have more twists and turns planned for the demigods. When the girls discover a major secret which could change the face of the demigod world, soon it's up to the Seven (and Calypso) to prepare for another great prophecy which will turn the tides of their lives. But can secrets stay secret? And how is the new prophecy tied to a problem the gods have been handling for hundreds of years? *This is more of a prequel story to Lies and Truth. You don't have to read it if you don't want to. OR If you get a few chapters in and don't like the idea, I recommend going to the sequels. The Fake series: I ~ Secrets [completed] II ~ Lies [completed] III ~ Truth [completed] IV ~ Fight [current]

Donate Body to Science. Check. When seventeen-year-old Kaitlyn checked the box, she never suspected she’d have her life–and her body–stolen from her. She awakens one day in a secret laboratory to discover that her body is now half-robot and is forced to hide her own secret: that she still has human emotions and a human mind. If the scientists who made her find out, they’ll erase what remains of who she was. Kaitlyn finds an unlikely ally in Lucas, a handsome, brilliant scientist who can’t get over the guilt he feels knowing she was once a vibrant, beautiful young woman. Skai was the kind of person that did reckless things just to be able to say that she had done them. I was the kind of person who liked to stay at home, and just read about people like Skai. Adventure, recklessness, it was never really my thing. But, Skai was different, and I was intrigued. I never really understood how much I had been missing until I met her. This is a story about my newfound, crazy, reckless, life. And a story about the girl that dragged me through it.
