In the setting of Los Angeles, California at South Beach high school, June and Day meet. They are both sport stars and are very smart. When they meet they instantly like each other. As friends. For now. But will that change? Will lies, jealousy, and the past coming to haunt them break them apart or will they fight for their "relationship"? The Genderbent, Characters of Legend; June and Day. It’s my rewrite, or version, of Champion, By Marie Lu. June's boy name is Julian. Day's girl name is Daniella. The scene starts on pg. 346 of Champion, by Marie Lu. Where the doctor tells June that Day has awakened from his surgery, but doesn't remember her. (Remember that their lives are swapped, so Daniella [Day] is the Prodigy, whereas Julian [June] is the Legend).

Everyone who has read Legend series by Marie Lu probably shed a few tears from the ending of Champion. Most people want to know what happened. Day, even after meeting June again, doesn't quite understand what happened between him and her. It's June now, the month June Iparis was named after. He wants to know what happened, he wants to know what June means to him. But how can he uncover the truth? Will it just be a normal day in June, or much more complicated than that?
