I wanted to make this story so here it is

You're the new kid in school,but luckily your friend Jade is there so you already have a friend. But later in the year you notice some girls start to act weird around you... hmmm I wonder why?

Kanari Chihei, a cute teen with a short stature, shiny gray hair, sparkling gray colored eyes and with an aura of innocence, would never be suspected as the human incarnation of the most feared dragon, that great red would even submit to, great gray. Before great gray turned to the cutest creature seen in the universe, he was feared by everything and everyone. He was the strongest and was the oldest of the dragons. Older than the primordial beings that created divine dragons and sacred gears. But, most importantly, he was the most bored out of them all. All enemies and challengers, with a simple swipe of his hand, insta-kill. Getting tired of all this power, he thought, 'Why don't I get a restart?'. And so he did. He made plans and searched for a suitable planet for him to live in. He studied the creatures, cultures, traditions, everything about a planet that interested him. Once he found earth, he maid a decision to live as a human, not an angel, fallen angel, god, or demon. Just human. But he knew, he will still have the soul of the dragon that lived before the begging of time, making him grow stronger faster. He was a bit disappointed since he knew that he won't be able to live a normal life with it but, he still liked the thrill of being a human with a dragon's soul, meddling with the lives of others for his entertainment. And so, 16 years after his decision, he started to get ready for his first day in Kuoh Academy. Where he hoped to stir up some trouble for the devils.

Luke Smith is a 27 years police his rank is lieutenant, he achieved many medals about saving a child inside the burning truck, tracking some drug users, arresting some top criminals, stoping a bomb, saving people from the bank, all of this is luke's greatest achievements but luke's isn't just some police but he is also an otaku! Watching Highschool dxd makes luke's life in peace but something bad happened when he was saving a child from a burning house. Okay this is my description of my story sorry if it's bad. Izuku Midorya is a quirkless boy unlike everyone else he had no amazing super power but his dad has an option for him to be a hero. (I don't own My Hero Academia or any of the characters but I do love the franchise and the characters)

Once Izuku was dubbed quirkless, he held onto as much hope as he could to maybe even get the smallest bit of power. He didn't want much, just enough to make him a hero. But that's not how the world works. The day a man and a dog died, was the day Izuku learned he had a quirk he never wanted to get.
