Syn-di-cate noun /sindikit/ "A group of individuals combined to promote a common interest." Kyle Bryant has been on earth fifteen years. He and his six siblings came to earth, from the planet Skorix, through the procedure known as the Syndicate Plan. The plan was designed by the government to only be used in extreme need. The Skorix civilians with the ability to teleport would combine their powers to create a portal to another planet that they could survive on. It was a way to safeguard their future. The three rings were hidden away for a reason. A man named Kiezer found the rings. The Ring of Carnage fed off of his anger and gave him enough power to destroy Skorix. The Syndicate Plan was put into motion. Kiezer fled. He was weakened, but made it to earth, though he and the rings were separated. The Bryants are among the few survivors. Kiezer will rise again and they are tasked with defeating him. The survivors are collectively known as The Syndicates.

A child is brought to Jorvaskr and raised among the warriors there, a sibling to the twins Vilkas and Farkas. Born a child of the Daedric Lord, Hircine, she ends up the Quarry of the Wild Hunt. The worst part? She's trapped in his realm, the Hunting Grounds. Finding her way back to Nirn may cost more than she knows.

Helvia Abgrall, a naïve and restless young Breton farm girl, leaves her comfortable and uneventful life at her family's farmstead in High Rock in hopes of attending Skyrim's College of Winterhold, as she longs to learn more about magic and how to use it, as well as to improve upon her own natural aptitude. However, she's anything but prepared for the journey that lies ahead of her. She's inexperienced, clueless, nearly incapable of fending for herself, and her lack of common sense is almost unreal. However, she's determined to make a better life for herself than the one she had before, and her resolve alone might just be enough to help her reach her goal. Well, that is, if things were going in her favor to begin with. There is another force that seeks to divert her path to a less pleasant venue, and it is far stronger than she is. In order to keep herself from losing sight of why she even left home in the first place, she'll have to stay ahead of a surprisingly powerful, on-the-rise faction in a foreign land - and she won't be able to do that alone. This aspiring mage will travel alongside pickpockets and pariahs, mercenaries and monarchs, and many more intriguing inhabitants of the province of Skyrim on the way to achieving her dream - and, just maybe, she'll befriend a few of them along the way way. But her path will not be an easy one - at least, not the one that she's hoping to take. She will have to make sacrifices and learn to adapt to unfavorable outcomes, and, in the end, she may learn that following her dreams might not be in her best interest.

The contents of this book of tales include (but are not limited to): Character backstories, non-Mage story arc character appearances, utter ridiculousness, and perhaps even previews of works yet to come, as well as the occasional character interview. (Better summary later; this is all I've got for now.)

Thrown out of everything she has come to know, Mira must discover her new path while dealing with a dangerously handsome man who grows more complicated the closer she comes to understanding him.
