In the small kingdom of Calvar, lives a woman like no other. Her name is Aurora. She's a princess but unlike her sister or royal kin of the past she doesn't wish to live the life of luxury. All she ever wanted was to do was be a warrior , She did not care for dresses or jewels she loved swords and combat. When she reached the age of nineteen she announced she would not be married off to any prince she was going to be a shield maiden. Her parents were at a loss especially with them being in a losing war with unknown kingdom. Opportunity presented it self and they plotted a way to kill two birds with one stone. With there kingdom falling they decided to do the only thing they could even if that meant giving there daughter to the enemy.
