That was all Darrius wanted. From the moment they had met, he knew that there was something intriuging about her. He couldn't determine where it was the fact that she clouded his vampiric ability, or that the hybrids seemed so fascinated with her being that they were willing to go to extremes to have her on their side, but whichever it was, there isn't much time left to figure it out. The hybrids were on the move, and until they were brought to an end, he could only hope that one day he would wake up and see it, clear as day. Unbeknown to him, she did as well.
