Officially now a series! Watch all episodes now on mewatch. [BOOK ONE] Highest Rank Thriller: #1 (4.12.17) "Whatever he does, whatever he throws at me," I panted, leaning my back against the door as my usually obnoxiously loud voice dropped to a hushed whisper, "I hope he kisses me not." *** Addison Pilediah celebrated her 21st birthday a little more differently than others. When a gold flake encrusted invitation letter had arrived at her doorstep just the day before her big day, Addison's curiosity had gotten the better of her for she had a nagging feeling that all was not right in the world. She knew that something, or rather someone, was playing tricks with her, and as a very curious girl, she had to find out what it was. It only took one atrocious and life-threatening party, an obnoxious group of party-goers, and one devilishly handsome cynical spirit for Addison to realize that perhaps going to the party was not the brightest idea. Especially since she would be locked in an old boathouse for a while with a bunch of evil beings that would gladly try to kill her. In fact, it would be a miracle if she could make it out alive after receiving kisses from Death himself. *** completed inspired by HP: Prisoner of Azkaban Highest Rank Fantasy: #6 Highest Rank Teen Fiction: #54

He was the boy that no one noticed. He was quiet, bland to the naked eye, a total wallflower who sat on the sidelines and lacked in eye contact with those around him though he had the type of eyes that made you feel like you could drown. He tried his best to blend into the background, but what he didn't know was that he was the only one that caught my eye. He was the most intriguing person I had ever laid eyes on even though he couldn't see me. He couldn't see anything.

He walks over to me and hesitantly places his hand on my chest, "What are you doing?" I ask. He shakes his head but doesn't say anything, I watch as He places his hand over my heart, I'm sure he can feel how fast it's beating. His hand slides up my neck and rests on my cheek, my eyes flutter shut and he pulls me closer to him. He picks me up effortlessly and carries me to my bed, he lays down with me on top of him. He wraps one arm around my waist and the other runs through my hair, "why do you want this?" I ask. "I just want to feel like a human for one minute, feel what it would be like to be normal, to have someone to hold" he says. Natasha is Detroit Police's Head Lieutenant. Amon should have known that their relationship would be anything but normal upon their first fight. He should have been more observant… If he had taken just a few precious seconds, he would have seen the storm that resided within the Ghoul’s uncovered eye. Determination, guilt, confusion, and regret were a few of the many expressions that caused the appearance of the Ghoul’s eye to change. “Kaneki Ken,” Amon whispers, and the very sound of his name sends a shiver down his spine. “Kaneki Ken… What happened to you? Where did you go?” Kaneki x Amon Boy x Boy Don't like it? Don't read it!

A highly foreshadowed event in both the manga and the anime was a conversation between Amon and Kaneki... Which never happened. For some reason. But it might have been a turning point in the plot. I for one, was interested to find out. Hence this fanfic was born. It takes place right after Kaneki gets his white hair. The only major difference is Kaneki hasn't left Anteiku yet. No copy right infringement intended, etc. etc. Happy reading!
