This story is based on the story 'The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas' by Ursula LeGuin (1973). The characters and events in this story is however completely created by myself. You can read the original story before reading this. It is really short. I recently received an assignment to write up a story. So, this was the result of the said assignment. The One Who Returned to Omelas just pictures a person who returned to Omelas after leaving the place for good. Hope you enjoy!
