Me and my family moved into a new house about a week ago and were quite settled in know. The house is very old, it has two stories, the top one has all the rooms and plus one bathroom. When ever you walk on the floor boards you can hear them creek and moan so it's hard no to wake anyone up if you need to go to the bathroom. I have always been a very curious person I don't know why? We live right across from a big bit of useless land a.k.a the woods, so earlier that morning, before anyone was awake I decided to go on an adventure, alone. I go my shoes on and took a drink of water with me (just I case I got thirsty). I made sure that I closed the door extra quietly so that I wouldn't wake mum or dad. As I started to walk into the woods I started hearing unusual noises, like someone screaming and moaning, then I knew it was just my imagination, then I heard footsteps, it sounded like someone was walking behind me.
