It all started with a newspaper ad. Lillian "Lilly" Farlow has been struggling to keep the Twin Buttes Ranch, left to her by her father when he died, running. Determined to keep the home she loves for her and her twin siblings, Hope and Daniel, she answers an ad in a newspaper and agrees to become a partner in the Sunrise Stage Line. Katherine "Kat" McKay, the owner of the stage line, is looking for a fresh start after her parents died in a steamboat explosion, leaving her with 2 stagecoaches and a couple teams of horses and a pile of debt. After selling off the family mansion and estate, and placing an ad in multiple newspapers out west, she receives an answer from a small mining town called Yankee Flats. Working together the two women, along with Rye Talbot, Lilly's foreman, Lilly's long lost brother Langdon, an former soldier turned alcoholic turned wrangler, and a runaway girl, they manage to outlast a greed crazed mother, an ambitious banking family, and the elements to beat the long odds against them. A short story based off of Billy Walker's song The Lawman They sent me out from Santa Fe to try and find his trail They think that I'm the only one who can bring him back to jail This star says I'm a lawman this gun has seen me through And though my heart is heavy I've got a job to do You see he's such a proud man who never learned to crawl But a good man turns gun slinger he's the meanest man of all He killed the US Marshall and for that he's gonna pay And I'm the lonely lawman who's on his trail today There was a time he fought for true and on the side of right Until the only girl he loved was killed one faithful night I know his heart was shattered as he turned the barren sod And laid away her body come ending into God Then he vowed a revenge to those who took her life And every notch upon his gun a tear shed for his wife But revenge is like wild fire sweepin' through the wood It turns reason into ashes and it burns out on the good

Delaina Moore was NASA's best up and coming space commander until they decided to give the newest opening to cocky Johnny Storm, just because his family was paying for him to continue the needed schooling and she was there entirely due to her own hard work. She left in disgrace and was hired by Reed Richards as his assistant and space commander should he get a space ship. When Reed and the rest get ready to enter space Delaina runs into Johnny again. When the storm hits the ship and they all have effects from it and Delaina enters a whole new world she never dreamed of knowing. I DO NOT OWN THE ORIGINAL CHARACTERS OR STORYLINE! I'm sorry if my terminology and some of the original lines are is wrong, I'm no expert and I have a terrible memory! Best Ranking *2-22-19: Johnny Storm #6 out of 102
