After the fall, Sherlock turns to Molly for a place to live while he dismantles Moriarty's network. During this time, Sherlock and Molly spend a night in each other's arms. It's only after the detective leaves, that Molly realises something flutters beneath her skin.

“I’m starting to think letting you into my home wasn’t such a good idea.” “Oh it was probably the worst thing you’ve ever done.” There was a moment’s pause before he spoke again. “Do you regret it?” “Not one bit.”

Molly Hooper had always had a soft spot for Sherlock Holmes and was delighted when she learnt that he felt the same, what she didn't realise though was how drastically her life would change in such a short period of time.
