It's always been the two of us since I remember, as Tom (my dad) left us when I was just a toddler. He never accepted mum's complete dedication to music and I think this is what caused them to break up. I'll never forgive him for giving up on us, and even more for not being there when mum fell ill. But he was too busy raising his new family I guess. And now that we have to live under the same roof, I feel like he’s no more than a stranger to me. Fortunately, I still have my music. No matter what happens around me, I know that I can always find refuge in music. It's hard to explain but as I sit at the piano the world hushes and my soul starts to sings. And I still have my Big Dream - to get into Julliard and become a great pianist as my Mum. The most famous conservatory in the world and New York City are waiting for me! I just have to nail an important audition that is just a few weeks away.. Fingers crossed!!

This story takes place 20 years later, when Max & Fang find each other again. But they're not the same people they used to be. Actually, no one is. Everyone has changed in the past 2 decades. Especially Max. They've all been living their lives, moving on, or trying to, from Fang. But Max has had the most trouble. She's changed to the point where she's no longer the strong, bold Maximum Ride everyone knew and loved. So what's going to happen now that Fang is back? It may not be the happily ever after everyone expects. There are some major MAJOR complications that Max, Fang, Dylan, and the flock have to struggle to deal with. So tell me, who's side are you on? A new enemy is on the rise for taking over the entire Magical Dimension. But first, this enemy must face the Winx, who will stop at nothing to make sure this enemy will be defeated. But Bloom soon finds out she is pregnant and must go into hiding for her new enemy wants her unborn baby as a power source. Bloom soon began to travel to an unknown meadow which quickly became her protected haven. But it will soon be shatter as the birth of her child draws closer and closer. Will the Winx be able to stop Electra? Will Bloom be able to survive this ordeal? For it may cause her own death.

Maximum Ride's adventure ended in the final chapter of Nevermore - but what happened to the flock after the Split? Continue their journey as they continue their lives on the island paradise they now live on, in the time of Maximum Ride.
