"As I sat on the toilet, I realized how badass I was being. First of all, I (kind of) broke into Walmart; Second, I was (kind of) plotting to steal toilet paper; and third, I was doing all this while a hurricane was brewing outside." Ellie wanted a quick trip to Walmart to buy some toilet paper for her mom. A minute in, a minute out. Instead, she got locked in. With her secret love, of course.

Tragedies change people. That being said, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the accident changed Gemma. Anger problems seem like the only issue to her, but her father and evil step-mother see a lot more than that lying underneath. Unable to help her, they go to their last resort; they send her to Safe Haven, a summer camp for troubled teens. Haven is a place where misunderstood teenagers can realize their problems and work through them in a safe environment. At least, that's what Gemma thought. The first things that come are the notes. Each one is written with a specific message on it, targeting the accident that killed her best friend and blaming her. The next are the secrets; everyone has one. But does everyone have one about her? The threads start unraveling as Gemma searches for the person who's hurting her; the person who is trying to drive her insane. But the closer she comes to uncovering the secret, the closer she comes to realizing that not everyone is who they seem. About 16 years ago, a fantastic gift was bestowed upon my parents, and they named it Hartley. Yeah, rhymes with Fartley. Thanks mom and dad. Regardless of the unfortunate things my name rhymed with, I had a blissfully drama free childhood, until highschool rolled around. From my first lungful of the heavy, nacho and Axe scented air back in 8th grade, I new things were going to change. And they did. Friends came, friends left, but years later in Grade 11, I finally had my solid group of people, who could also be mistaken for insane asylum escapees. It was also the year I noticed Halden. From his perfectly messy brown hair, all the way down to his beat up Converse, I knew he was the perfect one for me, and dove in head first. The only downfall was that it'd hard to see the right guys when you're already drowning in the wrong ones. Afterall, you cant have a happily ever after with out breaking some hearts and having yours broken a few times in return.

When Jasmine Grace McDowell first met the famous model and actor Alec Dalton, he had proved to be a self-centered jerk with no heart. Never once did she dream about seeing him again that was until her best friend sends her to Los Angeles where she unexpectedly gets stuck in a reality T.V show as one of twenty four women competing for the love of Alec Dalton. To say she transitioned perfectly well from her normal hermit life to the glare of the spotlight was an understatement. How can you get use to being in a reality T.V show when you’re stuck with a conceited jerk? When you didn’t sign up for it? When want nothing to do with it? And most of all, when you can’t quit before the show’s over or else Alec Dalton has the right to everything you owned?
