15 year old Adrianna lives in a dark realm with the moon being her sun and moon. She sees it in the daytime and in the night time. Her and her mother's tree looks out perfectly to the everlasting moon, just barely being shaded by layers and layers of thick fog. What they always wonder and what the mother never gets to see is what is beyond the fog.

Megan isn't average but she is no where near extraordinary. Her abusive parents only take notice in her never-ending mistakes. When Megan flees to her 'calm zone' something peculiar happens that will leave Megan where she has never been and may never be able to escape.
