"I'm still waiting for you to come and unlock the car Mr. StClaire." She said in a mocking tone. "Relax sweetheart, I hate being rushed, I will get there when I get there." I said as I slowed my walking down to where I was barley moving. "Alexander hurry up I don't have all day, DAD" "Dad? Really? I prefer papi , God, King, Daddy" I said and smirked at her. Her face was priceless, her mouth dropped opened and she looked around to make sure no one had heard us. "Wha-at, I am not calling you that, oh my god." She blushed, bit her lip and looked away from me. I walked up to where she was leaning against my car, softly pulled her lip from her lips, put one hand on the side of her head and the other on her hip and leaned in to whisper in her ear. "I promise you, you will be yelling daddy soon." She blushed as her heart started racing along with mine. I could feel it, beating just as fast as mine was, I lowered my lips to hers just so that they barely touched, I pressed her body tighter against mine, to the point where I could tell we were both struggling to breathe and I kissed her, an earth shattering kiss. All the tension and the snarky remarks mixed in to this kiss making it electric. She opened her mouth and let me in, exploring her like I had been wanting to do since I first laid my eyes on her. I grabbed her neck, trying to pull her in closer, not being close enough. She stopped me and smiled at me. Tomorrows class should be interesting. _______________________________________________________ This ENTIRE book is being re-written, I decided to change all the names and give this book a major edit. I wrote this when I was a sophomore in high school, almost 6 years ago. I am a much better writer now so expect something a lot better!

***The wrong girl is sometimes The Right One.*** Charlotte Samuels thought she'd be stuck waiting tables at Marlow's until all her debts are paid off-in about ten thousand years or so. She definitely didn't expect a marriage proposal from the arrogant Brandon Maxfield who was blackmailed by his father to make her his wife if he didn't want his least favorite cousin to run Maxfield Industries. Charlotte's instinct was to say HELL NO! but she's stumped by a few obstacles: 1.) His old man Martin Maxfield is dear to her heart and has been recently deteriorating in health. 2.) She gets a million dollars if she stays married to Brandon for a year. 3.) She would rather like the opportunity to teach the attractive but awfully rude man a few lessons he didn't think he needed from a 'teenage gold-digger' which was his term of endearment for her on their first date-er, business meeting. So what's a girl got to do, right? Sure, she's young and a little rough around the edges but there's something her would-be husband didn't know about her yet-she's nothing like he ever expected. Thrust into the glitzy world a standard-issue Mrs. Maxfield would fit perfectly and rule with impeccable social grace, Charlotte will either have to force herself into the mold or break free of it, risking what little she has left for everything that she can gain. *** Copyright © 2014 by Nina Tippett.
