Anna is a fifteen year old girl with a tendency to contemplate the everlasting questions of life and death. Why?
Because she's dying.
An artist, with a hamster named Sisyphus and a mother who is a gardener, becomes stronger friends with her best friend since second grade during an arm-drawing-with-crayola-markers excursion.
But there is a climax.
Her mom's boyfriend, the Dutch Tulip Man, also known as The Dutchman, is under suspicion of being a con-man. Will Anna and Alex ever find out if he really is what he says he is, or will the story take a turn for the worst?
