15 years after World War 3 in 2090 America was just starting to get on there feet and then the West side of the United States broke a way from the rest of the States, after just building a barricade going down the middle of the country starting at the north west corner of Minnesota down to the southwest corner of Louisiana. The west called themselves the Confined States of New America witch was made up of the states west of the barrier and the United States to the east.
