When Dec comes home after 3 weeks up in Newcastle he's completely done in, but the anticipated reunion with his best mate leaves him disappointed and upset. It's only in the middle of the night that the boys have a proper reunion.

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were shooting a small scene for the first episode of the seventeenth series of Saturday Night Takeaway.

When the boys agree to take on a specially-designed Bushtucker Trial for charity, they could never have dreamed that it would be possibly the most frightening and heart-stopping 20 minutes of their lives.......

When an episode of Saturday Night Takeaway happens to fall on April 1st, the audience was expecting there to be a few hi-jinks between the boys. They weren't expecting one to pass out right in the middle of the show. At first, no one believes that it's for real - not even Ant, who remembers Dec's little stunt on SM:TV all too well. Surely he wouldn't have tried to pull the same trick again? Sick-fic.
