You're the night guard at the newest version of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. When the animatronics suddenly vanish, only for humans that greatly resemble the animatronics - including the old bots - appear, claiming to be the animatronics, you don't believe them. But eventually they convince you that they truly are the animatronics. And when your new friends are threatened to be shut down, you have to help. Problem is, as soon as they step out, they're in trouble. So… where do you hide a bunch of people with animal characteristics and vague memories of the outside world?

The original four animatronics have been replaced by the toys–and now the toys and the rest of that generation are being replaced as well. And new animatronics means more problems for the night guards. Billy and his friends are smaller than the old bots, but more diverse in how they act.
