Welcome to the first book of Feed the Alpha Series (FTAS). The Virgin Sacrifice is a ceremony for the Alpha king only, this is how it proceeds, six virgins are dedicated to the all mighty Alpha King. Once the new alpha king is crown he gets the opportunity for himself to choose a mate, so there is no moon goddess choosing a mate for him, the reason being is because centuries ago to help with choosing the perfect mate and queen the Virgin Sacrifice was established. Consisting of six virgin girls over the age of 16 they were to be sacrificed before him, the alpha king under a full moon infront of his whole kingdom he has to choose one out of the six and then mark her, after he chooses his mate the rest of other five girls are allowed to return home. But if the chosen queen refuses to be his mate and rejects him she is to be killed in front of the kingdom by the alpha king himself for rejecting him as a mate and as her king.
