Magic. A powerful myth. A miraculous fantasy. If only we had magic, we could do whatever we wanted, however we wanted. Our lives would be so much happier, so much more fun....right? Harmony Leo was a girl who could use magic. Oh, and she wasn't the only one. All around the world, there were people who could summon fire from nothing, turn roads to ice, manipulate the wind, and teleport from one place to another in mere seconds. She was one of those people. The People of Peace. Twelve Clans. Twelve different powers. A society made for peace....gone to war. © This is a work of fiction. "When did the clouds fall?" "The day the sun was blown out of their sky." Karen and Vince always thought they were the strangest people on Earth. She could make plants grow from nothing. He could control the wind. There was no way anything could be weirder than that, right? Wrong. Being adopted by the McLeods flips that assumption on its rear end. Four children, each with a quirk of their own. Each raising a question of their own. Why did things always float around En? Why did Derek keep metal trinkets all over the house? Why did the pipes groan whenever Hayden passed by? Why was Marie always in the cupboard? Why did the cat keep changing colour? Who and where was Noah? The questions keep piling up, but the answers may be in a much deeper and darker place than Vince and Karen first anticipated. Rated PG-13 for badly censored swearing, some violence, and mild suggestive themes.
