Originally written in a hospital notebook, these are narrative-like poems that track my days and progress through my second hospital stay, the purpose of which being to treat my depression, anxiety, self injury and EDNOS. 12/4/13 - 12/24/13.

*TRIGGER WARNING* This is just a collection of quotes related to depression and self-harm. There may also be some related to suicide, anxiety and eating disorders. I will also include confessions and just some of my thoughts, or basically whatever I feel like. If you ever need anyone to talk to about anything, I'm here. I understand how you feel. Poetry from a borderline.

Isn't it amazing to know that every little thing on this planet can inspire someone? It takes a certain kind of person to find the inspiration in all the small things. The entirety of this novel is thoughts that almost seem philosophical. Thoughts that show the lovely, beautiful, and unseen ideas behind the simplest things in our lives. Allow yourself to find the goodness in all. I am inspired by every moment, every day, and every experience, for they are proof that I made it to where I am now.
