So this is pretty much anything about Self harm, it included why people do it, a few facts and quotes, and most importantly how to stop. If you're thinking about self harming I have one piece of advice - don't I will explain why in a chapter.

A book of poetry aimed at people who have or are struggling with the addiction of self injury. These are poems highlighting the growing problems of self harm. It isn't judging, though, and doesn't insist that the person suffering MUST stop or MUST recover, but it gives that option and emphasizes the good things about quitting.

Self harm is an issue the majority of society tends to ignore or scrutinize. As a survivor of self harm with three years experience of the torment and the struggle I know it's a problem and I do know how to tackle it. This book will cover self help, ways to overcome it and how to help others. If you suffer yourself or care about someone who does, please give this a read.
