After Jamie is forced to leave Steve behind for a Halloween party that depends on her future at the University of Warren County, Aj is still alive and lurking in the darkness. After the accident, Taylor was sent to a mental institution. Three years later, Taylor was found later to be killed by Aj. After hearing about Taylor's whereabouts, Jamie and Tommy goes in attempt to finding her, but that's not all that they do, on the path to California where Taylor is now living, they end up leading her psychotic serial killer sister Aj to her mother to finally get a chance to kill her for all the failures of killing her for nearly twenty years.

After breaking out of jail, eight years later Aj tries to kill Jamie after having a baby boy, but as she gets help from Samuel Loomis and Tommy, another group of relatives related to Jamie's mother Taylor, has moved into the childhood home of Aj which is now remodeled, and well settled has been informed about Aj and decided to help Jamie in facing Aj and the black garbed stranger who in his own way has been terroring the family of the Strode's

After a year of this even, she awoke to seek her revenge and continue her journey of killing her 8 year old sister, Jamie, who has become mute from touching Aj, and simply has this telepathic state of who Aj will kill next.

After being in a coma for seven years from the fragile tragic of Taylor, Aj has awaken hearing that she has a seven year old little sister named Jamie living in her hometown, after several assaults, Aj finally makes her a finally target and eventually causing Jamie to kill someone

After a year from the tragic event, Aj escaped from jail in attempt to kill her only mother, where a struggling Taylor, who was still trying to manage her recovery from that night, knew that Aj was coming for her, and this time, Taylor was ready for Aj

After Aj thought she killed Taylor, Aj finds her way of searching for Tommy, and will not stop at nothing until she has killed Tommy for good, but when Tommy manages to escape Aj and Aj finds herself on another killing spree in attempt to kill her mother Taylor, who was accused of still being alive and sent to Warren County Memorial Hospital
