I'm Ian Saint Clair. Ever since I was 8 years old all I felt was pain. The pain of what my mother has done to me, the pain of what I've done too myself, the pain of never being loved, and the pain men of all ages have made me go through. I don't understand why I am the one to have so much pain. But I must deserve it because that's what my mom tells me everyday. So I've grown to believe her because the pain never ends. I don't know if it will ever end so why not end it myself.

So when he goes to high school he is really scared, because he finds out that Carson, the main guy who used to torment him is Mr. Popular and his in mostly all his classes. Reuben tries to avoid him as much as possible, but it seems Mr.Popular takes a liking to him. So basically, Mr.Popular doesn't think about the kid he used to torment, but Reuben will always remember the guy who made him want kill himself at some point in his life.

The only thing he donesn't have is someone to hold at night. Sure, he had many lovers, he's known to be a well-known player. Those flings mean nothing to him. He's just looking for someone he can always love, and hopes that person can love him, not his money. So, when he lays his eyes on sweet little Renmen, he knew he had to make him his. Sadly for innocent Renmen, when this posessive man wants something, he always gets it.
