❝Honey just put your sweet lips on my lips, We should just kiss like real people do.❞ Casey \c(a)-sey\ "alert, watchful" Casey Jenner has been with her father, locked up in the CDC, since the outbreak. After seeing her father's colleges, and even her own mother perish to flesh eating monsters, she stops kidding herself and starts training for the day she gets out of the facility and has to face the real world. Although that day might have to come sooner than she'd like, everything starts to sink in as she decides to ignore her father and ask Vi what the countdown on the wall means. Casey doesn't really want to face the outside world, especially since her father seems so keen on staying until the end, but she also doesn't want to die in that building at the young age of twelve. All she finds herself doing is training, waiting, and hoping that something happens. So, when Rick Grimes and his group enter the CDC wanting help, it seems like her prayers were answered. Leaving the building and stepping into a walker-infested world after losing what's left of her family isn't the easiest thing to do, but she has a new group of people ready to help her. But still, something for the pain would always help, and the boy with the pretty eyes seems like a good enough distraction. DISCLAIMER: All rights go to AMC, Robert Kirkman, Frank Darabont, Gale Anne Hurd. I only own Casey Jenner and her plot lines, nothing else. And concerning GIFS, none of them are mine. If you see one that belongs to you, message me so I can give you credit, or (if you want) take it down. "We must embrace pain and burn it as fuel for our journey." - Kenji Miyazawa Life wasn't easy anymore, especially not for the good guys. Had life been easy the apocalypse wouldn't have displaced Breanna and her mom into Woodbury. Governor Philip Blake wouldn't have taken over in place of Major Gene Gavin had life been fair. But life wasn't fair anymore, and Breanna understood that. Therefore, when on one rainy night she encountered a prison full of survivors she was taken aback by her luck. Life wasn't fair anymore, but how could she not consider meeting them to be the fairest moment of her life. -------------------------- I felt tears exit my eyes as I limped closer. Rick helped Carl up, trying to get him to stop crying. Their attention snapped in my direction as I got closer. "E-Everyone's gone." I forced out in disbelief. Everything was gone. Rick staggered towards me before wrapping his free arm around my shoulder. I held onto his back and helped Carl help him walk. We have to go." Rick pronounced as tears slipped down my face. I couldn't feel them, I couldn't feel anything except a hole in my stomach. Once we had gotten far enough I broke myself away and went further ahead with my gun to make sure it was clear. As the three of us walked away from our home Rick muttered three words. "Don't look back." -------------------------- {Cover made by @MollyManus}

life isn't what you'd expect, not anymore. The world turned to shit. I was on the road, by myself. I'd been on my own since the beginning. My parents, dead. My sister, dead. It's all gone and you can't go back. Shit happens and there ain't nothin you can do about it. I was lucky these past few years. I was pretty lucky till I found him, It was just me in and out nothing bad ever happened because it was just me. I only had to look out for myself, then he comes in and changes my perspective on life. It's not just about surviving anymore.

One infection causes the society to crumble like a cookie. No military, no economy, no leaders, nothing. No one is coming to save you, no one is there to help. Everyday is a struggle for Mariah Beckon, her adopted brother and sister not making it any easier. When the trio cross paths with a group from Atlanta, she meets the people who she belongs with, her family. As the group of people fight to survive, Mariah falls head over heels for one man in particular. No matter how hard she tries she just can't seem to forget that redneck. This is a story of many things: love, betrayal, hatred, death, but the most important of all, surviving. I do not own any of AMC's The Walking Dead characters, however everyone else mine, do not copy ANYTHING please. @Copyright 2013.
