[COMPLETE ✓] Rumour has it that a new guy is joining our class this year. All the girls are going crazy, imagining all the case scenarios from cliché YA books: mysterious, rebel, bad boy, werewolf, fallen angel, even vampire! The worst part, I don't even think they have read the books; they only watched the films. However, it doesn't make much difference to me, it's not like he is going to see me. No one sees me. Oh but don't worry, I got used to this and I learnt to enjoy it. Believe me, being unseen has its perks. I'll show you. ⋙⋘ Illustrator: Sarah Bochaton

My name is Brielle Simpson. I'm a typical 14 year old girl that goes to Deep Cove Public School, except no one really knows me except for my 5 friends and I don't act like other girls at the school usual do which makes people hate me because I am different. Bailey Leighton is one of my true best friends. The only problem with her is that one of her other friends, Dominique Hilrod, is one of the few bullies at the school who choses to pick on me. Dominique hangs out with Bailey every single second, so I can't hang out with Bailey. My second friend; Riley Caron, looks exactly like me. We both have dirty blonde hair, except hers is shoulder-length and wavy, and mine is long and strait. The only problem that she has is that she always ditches me for her other friends, which leaves me lonely. My third best friend is Tyler Morris. I've known Tyler since I was 4 years old and we've been friends ever since. The only problem is that he's popular. I barely get to talk to him anymore because he's so popular. My two other friends are Madelyn Rose and Mia Jenningson. Those two are literally inseparable. Madelyn (aka Maddie) and Mia always somehow disappear and we can never find them. Maddie is really popular and Mia is very fun and outgoing. Pretty much everyone in the school thinks I am invisible. This story is about me trying to survive school.
