"Will you tell me your full name." "Never." "Fine," He grinned maniacally. "I'll guess I'll have to make do with mudblood." Jacqueline Penbrook, or Jack as she prefers to be known, is a muggle-born Gryffindor student who is in her fifth year at Hogwarts School in 1943. She is ill-tempered, open, and wishes to be a detective-like auror. Callum Lestrange is also in the same year as Jack, though her arch-enemy. He is in Slytherin alongside Tom Riddle. A pure blood with a dark family, Riddle seemed like a dream come true. But can the fear of a war both Callum and Jack know is coming and Tom Riddle lurking around every corner, possibly bring them together, or tear them apart.
