The Blue Mountains, region of the kingdom Belegost, has been Teryn's home since birth. She grew up under the strict watch of her nurses and in the shadow of her older and fairly talented siblings. She was the fourth child of Goignus and Raella, which put her in a position of a Dwarven princess. Once the Battle of the Five Armies was won and settled, King Thorin reclaims Erebor; just in time for Fili to pass the age where one becomes wed. Teryn is sent to the kingdom of carven stone to follow orders in becoming the princess of Erebor; but Fili is not so easily swayed towards this idea. He is cold to her; she distant to him.

She remembers nothing from her past except words of a women " Protect your little sister, my flame." She grew up in Rivendell with her little sister. One day a wizard show up asking her to go on a adventure with13 dwarfs, a hobbit and a wizard. The wizard also told her she could find out her past. But, when Her father was killed during an attack by Smaug, she went to live with her aunt.Later in life she wanted something other than helping her aunt with the daily chores. She wanted to go on adventures and fight battles. One day she sneaks away but is kidnapped by trolls. Just as she thinks she is a goner, she sees a small hobbit run from out of the woods over to her. He helps her escape and ends up reuniting her with her long lost friend, Fili. 

(DISCONTINUED) After the dwarves reclaim Erebor, Fili and Kili were expecting a regular meeting with the elves of Rivendell. They were both wrong, for when they got to Rivendell they noticed two of the members catches each of their eyes. Fili notices a short elf maiden that was wearing a Mirkwood circlet. Kili couldn't take his eyes off of a dwarf maiden wearing a Rivendell circlet. As it turns out the short elf was the princess from Mirkwood and the dwarf was a princess of Rivendell. Read to find out what will come of this interesting attraction. ( I am writing this with my best friend who is also the co-author. In this Tauriel is in love with Legolas so that Kili is single and he has no feeling for her and she for him. Also the battle of he five armies hasn't happened yet but everything else has. ENJOY!)
