Gabby Dawson is a new mom to Louie. She and her long time boyfriend Matt Casey are happy to be parents. This story is about Gabby and Matt, and their family with Louie. It is also about their firehouse family and what will happen for them going forward. It's going to be a complicated path, but so worth it. This is my season 5 my theory story! This story is a what if story line inspired by Chicago Fire season 2 finale and season 3. What if Shay didn't die. What if Gabby and Shay didn't trade places in time. This is something that is going to affect the whole house. How will Matt take things? Is Shay gonna be okay? Most importantly Will Gabby survive? What will happen? This story is about what happens to Dawson and Casey's relationship and what will happen to it after Dawson finds out she is pregnant with Casey's baby and what happens after her accident. So this is the sequel to Burning Flames. OMG! The first chapter of Heat!!!! Okay, so this is set four months in the future so Shay is 8 months pregnant (Girl: Courtney Severide), Gabby is 6 months pregnant (Girl: Danielle Casey), then Donna and Boden got married and Donna is also 6 months pregnant (Boy: Tay Boden). I know that Donna and Boden were just introduced in the last chapter of Burning Flames, but I wanted to get Boden's love life going considering he has basically been a side character through out most of the first book. So let's get going!!

After discovering the dead body in Casey's apartment and realizing Casey is nowhere to be found, Dawson is devastated. What happened? Where is Casey?
