This book of poetry shares stories on love, healing, heartbreak, trauma and the mundane things in life that we think are with little meaning but actually, when looked at more closely, they aren't. Poetry always has a place in my heart. Reading poems comforts me in knowing I am not alone. Poetry allows one to put their feelings into words. It's helped me process a lot of my emotions, it's joined me on my journey through life - the ups and the downs and the spaces between. I began writing these poems as a way to make sense of my emotions and only recently have I had the courage to put them into the world.
