"You are beautiful" I said to myself as tears fell from my eyes while I starred at my full length mirror. Lies. How can I be beautiful? There's no beauty in the rolls that has formed in my body, the stretch marks that are seen on my skin, the gut that hangs over, or the excess fat on my arms that hangs. Nope. Nothing at all.
