This is a FanFic of The Academy: Ghostbird by C.L. Stone and The Krinar Chronicles by Anna Zaires. I do not own these characters or the main story lines. In this story the Krinars, an alien race, land on Earth. They are an ancient race whose elders started the evolution of Earth to provide their people with a sister race. Shortly after their arrival, they discover the whereabouts of a child that had been stolen at birth on Krina but somehow ended up living with humans on Earth. When they went to collect her, they found another missing Krinar child and took him with them. The boy's friends are searching for him, they will do anything to reclaim their brother. One lesson they all must learn and that is "What it means to be Krinar."

"Little girls, this seems to say, Never stop upon your way. Never trust a stranger-friend; No one knows how it will end. As you're pretty, so be wise; Wolves may lurk in every guise. Handsome they may be, and kind, Gay, or charming never mind! Now, as then, 'tis simple truth- Sweetest tongue has sharpest tooth!" •Charles Perrault, Little Red Riding Hood Larkin Grace has never been normal. It was just a fact of life. Her hair was red, her eyes were green, and she occasionally grew a tail. No big deal. During the summer before her freshman year of college, everything changes when the high school quarterback asks her on a date. Unfortunately, her first date ends up being less than stellar, but it's the starting point for the biggest change in her life. Enter: a pack of hot werewolves whose goal in life appears to be making Larkin blush. You thought shifting skins was hard? Clearly, you've never tried dating a pack of wolves.

I'm in my 18th year of teaching. In those years I've collected a LOT of stories, questions and observations of children and their behavior. Kids are pretty darn funny, even when they don't realize it. This is a collections of some of the funniest things I've heard and seen kids do.
